Everything was amazing The service was fabulous The staff especially Raul at the concierge desk and his team were very helpful with the best service and advice The indoor pool was lovely

Excellent breakfast, all the proposed selection tasted fantastic. Very attentive personnel for room service, multiple visits during the day for the guest comfort. Hotel location is excellent, within walking distance to many attractive destinations in Madrid (museums, parks, architecture, shopping).

The room was spacious and cleaned at least two times a day, very near to the centre and everything thing is close to reasurants, shops and cafes. All the staff were helpful and friendly and recommended to us places to visit and always offered help. The reasurant at the 7th floor was excellent and the staff were great specially Alexander 👌 his service was excellent and helped us and was very professional.
